Hello Rosemary, I am so sorry you missed the meeting. I am not sure what happened. Zoom has changed a few things since we last met so perhaps there was a box that needed to be ticked or setting that we needed to adjust. Possible reasons1 Did you get a confirmation email with the details? After you register you receive receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. If my memory serves me correctly, it has been 3 months since I last set up a meeting, back in 2020 you could just click the URL link and it would let you through. 2 When the meeting started I went into share screen mode and therefore did not have access to the information necessary to let people in. I was under the impression allowing members to join could be done by another Committee members but that obviously didn't work. At our next committee meeting we are going to do it via Zoom, but in the same room: a physical, in realtime, virtual meeting. Who says WAMUGgers are not innovative.? By doing it this way we can explore things together, but more importantly, see what how an action by one person is experience by her/his audience Again apologies for the muck up, Videos of the evening should be available by the end of the week.
