Just a few thoughts – and bearing in mind that I always bullshit best when not hampered by any knowledge of the facts ;o) I believe some mailing list setups make this behaviour optional – however, since this is only affecting you (not everybody) this doesn’t seem relevant here. I believe this is a “feature” of Gmail – you are not using Gmail in conjunction with your [email protected] email account? I think that, over time, Microsoft has had changes in default behaviour around this with their groups/ lists - and behaviour can be different with Office 365 vs Outlook online or Outlook as a client. Just vague memories here – but unlikely to be relevant if you do not use Outlook as your email client or list is not managed by MS exchange? (Also I DO use outlook as a client as part of Office 365 and I do not have this problem) As I say, just some random thoughts – probably not relevant – but sometimes they kick off new lines of thinking.
