Hi Robin,

Many thanks for the reply.  Yes, the vehicle in question is a Jeep Grand 
Cherokee, 2013 model.  I have already been on the site you mentioned and 
followed all the download instructions which resulted in downloading the 
uconnect.upn file.  The problem I had was in opening that file as nothing in my 
app collection would open it.  There is a file in the download that has to be 
extracted and the Mac can’t do it.

Solved the problem however by using one of those ‘other’ computers, with the 
aid of my Daughter, to open and extract the file.  I have now managed to 
upgrade the vehicle software to the latest version but am still unable to 
successfully pair my iphone13 with the car.  My earlier iphone6 worked fine so 
I guess I still have some work to figure out the problem.

I know this is not a Mac or WAMUG related problem, and for that, I apologise to 
the group.
