Not sure if this helps but,

   Try Settings/Accessibilty.

Could be a setting there that might help.

     Hi Walter,
All you need to do is this.
iPhone: Go to Settings > General > AirPlay & Handoff, then turn
     off Handoff.

     Good Evening,
When I receive and accept a call, I normally - where possible -
   touch
the Audio button to hear the caller while I carry on
     with whatever I am doing.
Then a new screen comes up which asks me to make a selection from the
     list:
     iMac Intel
     iPad
     Speaker
     iPhone
When I touch Speaker, the caller can be heard.
Is it possible to adjust some setting so that “Speaker" is the
   default
     ? ?
Without having to see the other options ?
     Thanks,
     Cheers
     Walter
