How are your earphones connected: wired or wireless? If wired all
sound output should be sent through the earphones rather than the
speaker. If wireless, your earphones need to be paired with the phone
and you need to be wearing them, which brings its own set of problems
if you're wanting a wakeup alarm. I don’t know of a way which
guarantees that the earphones will stay in your ears while you sleep,
   wired or not.

   Hi all
Does anyone know if I can get my iPhone 11 to send wakeup alarms
   through to my earphones only?
   Kind regards
