Dear WAMUG members, After a lot of hesitation I installed Tahoe 26.2 on my Mac Studio yesterday. As per virtually all my previous updates I had problems and needed to try installing the new OS 3 times without success and on the 4th try partial success.
I now cannot print on my Brother HL-L5200DW. The OS obviously “sees” the printer but nothing prints. I have been using this printer for quite some years now without any problems with the previous Mac OS. Any suggestions please? P.S. I also had a problem with my Epson Scanner V370 Photo, but somehow all of a sudden Tahoe 26.2 started connecting and a few scans were successful. I am currently cheesed off with Apple because at almost every updates something goes wrong, at one time I could not connect to my internet provider to retrieve my emails from BigPond. This matter took me many tries before achieving success. I have never experienced any problems with updates with either Android, on ,my Samsung mobile, nor with Windows laptop until the latter died with a mother board fault. By the way I do have an iPhone but stopped using it because I cannot take the risk to spend time to solve faults if iOS updates plays up. Kind regards to All, Philippe Chaperon
