The more modern ones offer English, Spanish, French, Italian and German. Just 
press the button adjacent to the appropriate national flag. (The monitors of 
modern units are in colour)
Welsh PHONE BOXES are fitted with a button that offers usage directions (in 
an LCD panel) in English or Welsh. If an ATM in Cardiff (or wherever you are 
in Wales) fails to pay up.... there's a legal requirement that the staff 
should include Welsh speakers.
