What about helping in this deciding. Helping them to know what the choises are? How 
else can anyone make a choise? Living for decades in a wartorn country does not make 
it possible for people to know or, at least, get an idea of the alternatives. They 
have to be told, shown and explained as far as possible, even aginst the will of those 
that work against such a sinful action. To break the isolation is the first task.
