There's only one thing wrong with the "stand alone" reference ... it's NOT the "Bush Administration" that is against the ICC ... it's the Bush Administration, the US Congress and the majority of the American people. Clinton should have never signed that treaty ... he knew Congress and the American people wouldn't accept it. It's just another example of Clinton trying to sell out the country to foreign interests.
