I have visited Rome, but that was a long time ago, and I never saw any river there. 
Although I think that the eels don't agree anymore with: all roads leads to Rome. THEY 
JUST WANT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE. (sometimes the roads leed to LANDSKRONA, 
SWEDEN).
