Initial support for exception handling on Linux and Windows
On Windows you additionally need libdbghelp.a/dbghelp.lib which you can get
from Wine, Windows SDK or
http://download.gna.org/warzone/development/libdbghelp.7z
lib/framework/dbghelp.h can be removed as soon as this file went into the MinGW
W32API.
