Log:
- Turn several id = (int)ptr assignments into FIXME_CAST_ASSIGN, so places of
malicious ptr-to-int casts can be easier identified. (Doesn't fix the actual
problem/warning. Often uses a _tmpid.)
- Turn a 0xcdcdcdcd into a MSVCRTD_INVALID_MEMORY macro. This should be fixed,
since it will not work without MSVC!!!
