Log:
Change win32 versioning, to be closer to what was used in previous releases:
"major, minor, 99x, build"
Where 'x' is incremented for every beta/rc and "build" is incremented for every
build of the same code (should not be done, but was needed here, since
pretesting of the initial installer could not be done)
