Cyborg Balance:
- Super Tank-Killer Cyborg has more damage
- Super Rail-Gunner, Super HPV Cyborg cost slightly less
- Super Pulse Laser Cyborg, Super Heavy-Gunner, Super Auto-Cannon Cyborg cost
only 50% of what they used to cost
- Super Scourge Cyborg costs slightly more
