Log:
* Use WZ_DECL_FORMAT to tell the compiler that scrv_error takes its parameters
in printf syntax
* Fix a truckload of warnings caused due to useing the wrong format specifier
when invoking scrv_error/yyerror (%s was used for UDWORD's)
