Log:
* Pass the table name as well from the .wrf resource file
* "table" will now attempt to load the given resource type from the given
table (in the currently opened database)
* Maintain the current database's name (for error message, etc.)
* Pass the table name to the database loading functions and use it (in
combination with sqlite3_mprintf) to produce the SQL statements
