Log:
Don't process the "set" field type as a field qualifier. Instead rename and
modify preProcessQualifiers and postProcessQualifiers to preProcessField and
postProcessField respectively. These functions now parse the field's types as
well as the field's qualifiers.
In addition we now also parse the "unique" keyword in set and enum lines and
thus process it there as well.
