* Remove unused functions treapReset, treapDisplayRec and treapDisplay
* Remove unused macro TREAP_DISPLAY

instead of macros TREAP_GETSMALLEST, TREAP_DEL, TREAP_FIND and TREAP_DESTROY
respectively
