OK, here is a list of files that I think should be renamed.
* _stub files, since those aren't stubs anymore:
lib/sequence/sequence_stub.c
lib/sound/mixer_stub.c
lib/ivis02/v4101_stub.c
lib/netplay/netjoin_stub.c
lib/netplay/netaudio_stub.c
lib/netplay/netusers_stub.c
lib/netplay/netplay_stub.c
lib/netplay/netlobby_stub.c
lib/netplay/netsupp_stub.c
lib/framework/frame_stub.c
lib/framework/input_stub.c
Those need adjusting the according Makefiles.
* Rename lib/framework/cursors.c to cursors.h, and adjust the include
in lib/framework/frame(_stub).c
* Then there are three files that seem quite useless to me and thus
could be removed:
src/mpdpxtra.c
lib/ivis02/Ivis02.dsp
lib/ivis02/Ivis02.vcproj
