The problem is because I used Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 to compile the 
program, which needs some DLL merged into the system.

That should fix it.

Note for others: You will need Windows XP SP2 for that to install.

PS: In the next release (which will only fix some bugs) I will either mention 
that in the installer or will try to compile it using a different compiler so 
it works on other systems too.
