The way I read his response was that we should take down all the 
data files, and stick them on a server where the person in charge 
of that server knows what they are getting in to.  That is, while 
we wait for the GPL status of the data.

That means take all data out of SVN, then we comply with GPL (for 
the source code).  This would then mean everyone that is GPL only 
can get updates to the source code.  If they want the data, then we 
include a readme where to find it, or if Rodzilla finds it, Qamly's 
utility to convert wdg to wz, and they can get the data off their 
original CDs.


We don't want to make GNA kick us off this server since the data 
may/may not be GPL, and I am sure they would say remove it if 
asked, until this gets cleared up.

I guess that would also mean that you can't make installers that 
have the data in the package?
