Playing skirmish I've got some technologies available for research even
though I did not research some obvious prerequisites for them:
Mortar Fast Loader (no mortar was researched)
Pepperpot Pit (no hardcrete was reseacrhed)
Assault Gun Emplacement (no hardcrete was researched)
Assault Gunner (no cyborg factory was built)
HPV Cannon Emplacement (no hardcrete was researched)
HPV Cannon Hardpoint (no hardcrete was researched)
