Details:
Tested in campaign and in skirmish. When the game speed is slower than 0.8
the fog of war does not disappear when units explore it, they can even drive
in the fog of war.
Increasing game speed to 0.8 or above will make the fog of war slowly
disappear (the black fog slowly becomes more and more transparent).
