Details:

Usually, when shot upon, buildings get darker and darker until they're
finally destroyed.

Since r1386, however, that behaviour changed, because of lighting enabled
globally (among other changes) in piedraw.c.

Attached is a patch which fixes this to the original behaviour. Other changes
in piedraw.c have not been reverted.



Note: This behaviour has been observed on an x86_64 with an ATI Radeon 9600,
using the proprietary drivers. If others see this as well, please post here,
since i'm not entirely sure if this issue is not limited to
architecture/gfx-chip.
