On the /trunk/src/ folder:
I've included a small Quality function in projectiles.c to compare the value
of 2 units.
Also changed the proj_UpdateKills() function to use this function before
updating the numKills of the attacker.
It will also require the following lines in projectile.h:
// percentage increase or decrease of the global amount of exp obtained.
#define EXP_SPEED 100
So later you can simply replace EXP_SPEED with 75 or 125 to adjust the speed
at which the units rank up.
If you already have this somewhere else, or figure you don't need it, then
simply ignore projectiles.h and delete the corresponding line on
projectiles.c (line 292).
