Details:
The cursor seems to be off a bit. If you are on the main menu you can point
to a selection on the menu but the actual hotspot selected is below the
cursor. If I had to guess I'd say it is around 50px - 100px off, but that is
a very rough estimate.
I have tried changing many things and it seems to have been affected by
WindowBlinds. Upon closing WindowBlinds the problem seems to be resolved.
