Kind of silly to have to 'cheat' to enable certain things that are not
cheating related in any way. (like showing the FPS meter/sound samples
used/network activity)
Right now, all this does is enable cheats in *DEBUG* builds only!
This is the first part of the patch, which basically turns the ability to
'cheat' in MP games on.
The next patch will fix it so you *CAN'T* use the real cheat codes, like 'get
off my land' or any other cheat code that 99.9999% of the people will call you
a cheater for that, in *any* build. (Release or Debug)
