Details:
Not sure how to handle this. The fix that worked before, was already
reverted, and that is now causing smearing on certain SP missions. Check IRC
logs for more info.
Not sure if getting a framerate increase at the expense of smearing is worth
it. It tends to look like crap.
We could turn on clearing the screen for SP games, and turn off for MP games,
but I am not thrilled about that either.
