#44: Dual monitor issue in Ubuntu

I am currently trying out the game in my Ubuntu Linux installation (Hardy
Heron) on my dual monitor machine. Unfortunately. I only get to see the
left half of the game window on my right most monitor which makes the game
nearly unplayable. Any chance that there is either a workaround or that
the next version could correct the issue?
