#53: Fixes long trails for flamer weapons

 Can someone else confirm, that 2.1 doesn't have the issue of when using
 flamers (units/structures), and they attack, sometimes, the flame doesn't
 stop.

 I know this happens in trunk, and here is a temp fix for it, but it looks
 like the newer projectile code is at fault, since I couldn't get it to
 happen in 2.1 with my limited testing.
