#77: Anti-aliased full-sized recolored cursors

Current colored cursors are 20x20, smaller than the default cursor size of
32x32, which are hard to get used to. I resized them to 32x32. In the
process, I slightly recolored them, anti-aliased them, and improved a few
minor aspects.
