#105: Disable AI routine that is supposed to take over for a dropped player

 This bug has been with us for a long time.

 The AI sometimes takes over a human player, when another human player

 It also doesn't make sense for the AI to take over a dropped player, since
 when a player drops, everything but a few walls (BTW, *why* is it we leave
 the walls??) are blown up.

 So the AI doesn't have anything to take control over, and I am guessing
 this is part of the bug.
