#131: Adds weapon range display to the sensor display routine

 Here is a old patch that I forgot about.

 It just displays the long range area of the weapon in slot 0.

 I also changed it so the blue laser splats are for sensors, and the
 explosion type splats are for weapons.
 I also skip every 7 units for sensors, and skip every 8 units for the
 weapons.  It could be increased to higher than that also.

 The plan was to make it toggle pretty much the same way for the sensors,
 but I am not so sure it is best to make another keymap option, so I left
 it use the same option we have now. (shift F12)
