When manually changing the language to other than "System Locale", many
options repeat.
"Almost a third of the options repeat, like, at one instance it shows
Czech. Then I click it, it still shows Czech, and the menus are in Czech).
Then I click it AGAIN and THEN it changes to something else.
I haven't seen both Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese on the menu's
choices. Only Brazilian Portuguese and there are two pt folders on
Warzone2100\locale: pt and pt_BR
