==== How to Reproduce ====
While doing a GET operation on `/codetags`, Trac issued an internal error.
Apparently [http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/CodeTagsPlugin CodeTagsPlugin]
requires ClearSilver ("python-clearsilver") package.
This is the last plugin that was installed on my server (dds.mortis.eu)
but wasn't here.
