#160: Trunk fails to build on windows with MSVC

Hi,
I'm new to this project, so I tried to build latest version from trunk
using MSVC2008 Express and encountered numerous errors in 'src\keybind.c'.
It seems that error is caused by non C-style code. I've attached a quick
patch.
Also 'exceptionhandler.vcproj' needs some update.
Maybe building project with MSVC isn't projects top goal, but it'll be
good if you fix those issues.
Anyway, thanks for great job.
