Pabs said that CC-by 2.0 is not free enough for Debian, and would like to
have a different image for that in the tarball. I've made a crappy
replacement for him some time ago, but wasn't satisfied with it, so didn't
suggest including that. I've made a better one now which we might want to
use instead, or at least put into SVN as well.
