#1241: if host room filled up, players can't exchange their spots

if host room filled up(all spots are taken by players) players can't
exchange their spots cause needs one "swap" spot for exchange.
May be make a default spot - somekind of "*" or "R" (means random)(so this
new spot could be that "swap" or "buffer" spot)
p.s.: spot = position(on a map)
