At Beta 6 campaign, when I researched some power tech, i started to get 4$
per second although I had 5 derrecks at home base. In next mission I still
got 4$ per second until I saved/restarted game/loaded, then it was 5$ per
second.
Attached savegame of Beta6 campaign after upgrade where income is 4$.
