#1496: Voice message "Power resource" when enemy find them

When playing "Hide Behind Me" sometimes the voice message "Power resource"
come but no new "Power Source" is on the radar map. When I use Key F12
screen move to a position in the enemy area that is not visible by me and
my allies. I think it is a bug. Finding a power Resource by an enemy
trigger the Voice Message "Power Resource".
I play the Windows Version of 2.3 beta9 on Linux (Ubuntu 8.04 aka Hardy)
with Wine (Compiling is to difficult for me).
Please change Ticket Version to "2.3 beta 9". "2.3 beta 9" is not in the
list.
