The percentages shown in the upgrade messages can be misleading as nowhere is stated to which values those percentages relate to. The base value? The previous value?
It would probably be a better idea to use the format used in the guide instead. Additionally the value before the upgrade could be shown such as "130% ⬈ 160%" or "100% ⬊ 90%". That character between the two percentages is supposed to be an arrow (U+2B08 and U+2B0A), just in case the font doesn't support it. - Kreuvf
