After explosions (ie cannon shell explosion) after displaying all frames
of the explosion animation, there is a second brief bright flash. Looks
like if some frame from the middle of the explosion was accidentally moved
to the end of the animation. Happens in 3.2 beta 9 in both linux and W32
versions.
