#1560: Loading a saved game causes music to stop playing

This applies to 2.3 Beta 10, at the time i made this ticket that option
was not available in the drop down.
How to see the bug.
1. Save a new game in beta 10, note music is playing when you make a new
game.
2. Load that game while in game, after the load their will be no music.
Further testing showed that if you exit out of warzone and load the game
from the main menu. The game will load but the music from the main menu
will still be playing.
