#1569: Add MessageBox (popup dialog) support on systems that have Motif

This makes LOG_POPUP and LOG_FATAL messages show message dialogs similar
to how they're currently being shown on Windows.
This will work on GNU/Linux and the BSDs (provided Motif is installed,
which it usually is). It might also work on Mac OSX.
I've tested this and confirmed it to work properly on Debian Lenny and
FreeBSD 8.0.
./configure behaviour can be one of the following:
* --enable-motif is given:
- Try to detect Motif and fail when it cannot be found.
* --disable-motif is given:
- Don't use Motif whether it is available or not.
* Neither of the above flags is given:
- Try to detect Motif, use it if available, but don't fail if it
cannot be found.
If no one objects I'll commit this patch next Sunday (2010-02-14).
