#1607: 3+ Missing Cyborg Templates

The Thermite, Grenadier, and Repair cyborgs are missing from the list of
templates when I go to manufacture them. I don't know if any more have
gone, but this is no longer an issue with the Dydo AI. Which means that
the game itself must be the cause of this problem.
Nothing showed up in stderr.txt. This problem doesn't cause the game to
crash, but I can't make these cyborgs anymore, even after DylanDog fixed
his template problems.
