What's the performance penalty? I tried turning on Guard Malloc once, it made the game unplayable (the game was effectively always paused). > Trunk will use that flag, since we will drop 10.4 for trunk builds. When did we decide that? I was originally fine with this, but then I made this poll: http://forums.wz2100.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4518 So all of our OS X 10.4 users can play trunk just fine... why drop support for them? We only need Windows users to run -fstack protector to get like 80% of its benefits, anyway. Maybe on Mac we can enable it for debug builds, just not release builds? -Zarel _______________________________________________ Warzone-dev mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/warzone-dev
