I came across this bug when my brother dropped out of the game for no
reason on a LAN game.
When he dropped, all his stuff was removed from the game.
Fix: When player drops, make sure to destroy everything they had (r9644,
#1020)
(This works perfectly except for one thing.)
It also removes the power resources he had from the game.
What it should do is: Destroy the Oil Derricks, instead of removing them
from the game, taking the power resource with it.
