#1640: Campaign Mission 7 unable to be completed (final objective is bugged)

Started a new campaign using 2.3 Beta 11a, was able to play until mission
7 (the new paradigm attacks your base).
In mission seven, I am not able to research anything from the artifact
that appears when you blow up the building from the final mission
objective. I will be attaching a save file.
