#1652: Mistakes in the ChangeLog

I discovered several mistakes in the ChangeLog for 2.3 Beta 11a yesterday.
As I did not see anything on SVN I'm adding a patch.
Why I don't use SVN directly? I don't want to checkout the whole
repository for patching the changelog and SVN doesn't allow checking out
single files, only directories :/
If something's wrong with the patch, tell me. It's my first time! :X
