 For the current MP templates.txt, it is illogical to keep it the way it
 is.
 The playerID is set to "0" for human, "7" for scavs, and almost every
 other digit from "2"-"6" for the AI.

 The patch will make it so "0" is for human, "7" for scavs (no change
 there) but everything else will be set to "3".

 The template dump code, assumes "0" for human, "3" for AI as well.

 Anyway, I count 19 cyborgs that now have playerID of "0", and we have "5"
 missing from the list which all have playerID of "5" are:

 CyborgChain01Ground      ,344

 any reason for this?

 We also have 1 unit with playerID of "5", which is:
 ConstructorDroid         ,249
 }}}
 Should all these not have a playerID of 0 --IIRC if the map has these
 units baked in, then the map won't work as it should right?
